‘Bendy Glass’ abstracts of flowers

This post shows some flower abstracts that I have made using ‘bendy/wavy glass’ images as a starting point. In some of the following image pairs (using a comparison slider) I start with the ‘in-camera’ original (just the usual colour/exposure/cropping edits made) along with an art effect version. In other pairs I show two art effect images. I start with some dark red flowers in a basket. Drag the slider bar to hide/reveal the images:

Next shows 2 images of yellow flowers side-by-side using my ‘kl2’ and my ‘kl2i’ art effects:

As I practice with this effect I seem to be getting better results (practice makes perfect…)
