Making a Sphere of ‘Bendy Glass’ Flower Images

In the previous post I showed some art effects using some ‘bendy/wavy glass’ images. In this post, using images from the same batch of photos, I am showing the ‘spherised’ or ‘ball’ versions along with the original image used for this technique.

For each of these image pairs use the slider bar to show/hide either image. This pair uses my ‘kl2i’ art effect on the same original image:

Original image with my kl2i’ art effect applied
A ‘spherised’ or ‘ball’ version of the previous image

This pair of images have no special effects applied – the original image is ‘out of camera’ with just the usual exposure, colour and cropping adjustments applied:

Original image ‘with my kl2i”out of camera’ with no art effect applied
A ‘spherised’ or ‘ball’ version of the previous image

This next pair of images is using the same original image as the previous pair but with my ‘kl2i’ art effect applied:

A ‘spherised’ or ‘ball’ version of the previous image

This is the final pair – I like how the purple and green complement each other:

In the next post I shall go a bit further with this technique…
