More experiments! This time I used a simple photo of a pink dahlia on a black background. Using the comparison slider I show the starting image and the sphereised version:
I didn’t like the way the black background worked with this image so I replaced the black with an enlarged and processed version of the dahlia. I am showing the image with the new background with the sphereised version:
I much prefer the second version with the art effect background: I find it worthwhile playing with these ideas. Not all work though…
