Robin nesting in outbuilding – time-lapse video

Here is a time-lapse video of some of the first 2 nights showing a robin nesting overnight:

Time-lapse of a robin nesting in an outbuilding from Paul L.G. Morris on Vimeo.

This was taken with a cheap wildlife camera operating at 1 frame every 6 seconds. The images used are in monochrome as the camera switched to infra-red night-time mode.

The first night’s images were take primarily to see if anything was happening; for the second night the camera was moved to directly face the nest. For more information about this please refer to the previous two posts.
