Trent and Mersey Canal industrial landscape: #5from7photo

This week we made a visit to the Westport Lake nature reserve on the outskirts of Stoke-on-Trent. After walking around the lake we then walked south along the adjacent Trent and Mersey Canal. This took us through an industrial landscape some of which was derelict. Here are a selection of photos taken with my compact camera:
