Elderflower and Ivy growing amongst old apple trees

It took several attempts to get this view of elderflower and ivy:
elderflower and ivyThis close-in (‘Nearscape’) panoramic view shows elderflower and ivy growing in the remains of an old apple orchard in land adjacent to my smallholding. Some of my land, where we now have our vegetable plot, was like this when we moved in.

Due to the weather being either wet or windy for much of the time that the elder was in flower, opportunities to photograph it were limited. Many of the few opportunities that were available were either early morning or late evening. However, this was the only one I took that I found to be reasonably successful.

In others there were issues with movement although one was very good apart from the shadow of the camera appearing slap in the middle of the view; the low evening sun was directly behind the camera. The shadow was hardly noticeable when taking the photos but stood out once processed.

This panoramic view was taken mostly for the purpose of creating an interactive (VR) view which I show below:

This, in my view, is the best way of showing such an image. The fence that you can see is one continuous straight line – no bends or corners!
