360 Little Planet photos at East Ruston Old Vicarage

Yesterday we went to East Ruston Old Vicarage and, along with the ‘normal’ photos that I take, I tried a few ‘Little Planet’ photos:

This first image was taken at the seating area at the southern end of the ‘Apple Walk’. This I had in mind as the seating is semi-circular and is placed around a circular paved area. I am pleased with how this came out.

I also processed the same photo to an ‘Inverted Little Planet’ image:

Again, I think this works although it looks a little duller. I would like the camera to have a ‘raw’ image output to help with images having a large ‘dynamic range’ (lots of very bright areas and lots of dark shadow areas).

This one was taken in the Walled Garden and was centred on the glasshouse:

Not too bad considering that the autumn has reduced the amount of colour in the garden, and there is too much path. Worth another go!

And this is inside the said glasshouse:

I do like this for the geometric patterns caused by the glazing bars.

I have created a new folder for EROV in my Little Planet album where you can see these and the other Little Planet images.
