This week I am not showing a single theme but a miscellany of items. First up is a follow-up on last week’s images of Rugeley Power Station. I was asked to produce a detailed comparison of the old and new photos with the same editing as in the black and white version but with colour merging to monochrome – I was told that with the complete monochrome image it was difficult to distinguish the old from the new:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have mentioned before that I take ‘record’ shots of things that I do, see or change. Well, this week the car port roof started leaking – it was less than 2 years ago when we had it re-roofed. So I took this image to send to the roofer to show the problem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The camera club I belong to is having a ‘battle’ with another local club this week – due to the covid restrictions there are no print categories, it is all projected images shown over Zoom. We were asked to submit some images for selection for the competition. Here are some of the photos I submitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
