On Saturday we paid another visit to these superb gardens. Here I show a selection of the photos taken (there are also some ‘Little Planet’ images shown in the previous post):<\/p>\n

This is my favourite of the day – the start of the King’s Walk by the house – the planting is just amazing.<\/p>\n

And this is my second favourite:<\/p>\n

We were following one of the paths in the woodland garden when this tree, illuminated by the low sun, came into view – it was stunning. Even the best photograph cannot do it justice.<\/p>\n

This is a view of the house from the Dutch Garden<\/p>\n

In my opinion, the Dutch garden is one of the best gardens here although the competition is stiff as there are just so many excellent gardens.<\/p>\n

Finally, a little detail that is often overlooked: a lamp by the ‘front door’<\/p>\n
