Towards the end of last month we made another visit to the gardens at East Ruston Old Vicarage:<\/p>\n

The weather was very good for this visit – interesting sky (some high clouds and fluffy white clouds) and, for much of the time, little wind.<\/p>\n

The first photo shows the wisteria in the Dutch Garden. I think we timed the visit when this was at its best – it looked gorgeous.\u00a0 Looking for a different angle, I looked up from the path under the wisteria and saw this:<\/p>\n

One thing I have learnt from visiting these gardens is that it is always worth looking around – there are visual treasures to be seen in unexpected places.<\/p>\n

Everywhere there were things to see and photograph – this shows clianthus growing in the walled garden.<\/p>\n

At the end of the visit I used my fish-eye lens to take a few shots – this is one of the best:<\/p>\n
