Portraiture
Paul now offers a portraiture service that is available in the East Norfolk and Suffolk areas. This service includes portraits of single individuals, couples, families and groups. Paul will come to your home or to an agreed location to take the photos. The level of service can be adjusted to suit your requirements and budget.
Budget Service
Paul will come to your house to take photographs using what is available in your home to provide a background. This could be lit by window light or by using his portable flash guns - this service does not include the use of the studio lights nor the studio backgrounds. You then get to choose which photos you want printed which will then be printed using a commercial service.
Bronze Service
For this service, Paul will come to your house, set up his studio, and spend up to 20 minutes taking photographs to your requirements. One print up to A4 in size, hand printed by Paul, is included in this service; others printed using a commercial service.
Silver Service
As mentioned above, Paul will set up his studio in your home (or an agreed location), but spend up to 40 minutes taking photographs of people however you want them to appear. Up to 3 images in any size up to A4 (or 10"x8") are included in the package. Photographs will be edited then hand printed by Paul using premium materials on his quality inkjet printer* - up to A3 size can be accommodated.
For the Bronze and Silver service, there is a choice of white or black backgrounds. In addition, for the silver service, some coloured backgrounds can be used.
Gold Service
This is a bespoke package to suit your requirements. Please call Paul (on 07881 784 259) to discuss what you want.
See the proofs on the web
Paul will process the proofs of the photos taken and publish them to a restricted area of this website. If you prefer not to want them on the web (even in a private area), a CD of the proofs can be supplied. You can then choose which photos you want printed.
Typical Home studio setup
Above we show a typical home studio setup using the black background. Furniture has been moved to make space - in this case about 8ft x 10ft for head and shoulders, and 8ft x 14ft for full height photos. If there is not room, please call to discuss other options. You will need to allow us about 20-30 minutes for the setup and also the take-down.
Other locations or outdoors can be accommodated - please call Paul to discuss your requirements.
Other photography
Above are outlined just the 'standard' packages - they can be varied for your circumstances. Paul will also consider undertaking other photography, such as animals, smallholdings and farms, gardens etc. For example, Paul has taken photographs of turkeys for a turkey farmer. Please feel free to call Paul to discuss your requirements.
Costs
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the photographs as shown on the website, then you don't pay anything (but you don't get any photos!) with no further obligation on either party.

Charges include reasonable travel up to 10 miles from Aldeby. Quantity discounts are available - please call to discuss. Hand printing is by Paul's Canon Printer*.
Copyright
As is the custom, and the legal status, copyright of the photographs remain with the photographer. If you want a CD that enables you to print the photographs yourselves, this can be arranged - cost is typically in the range of £150 to £250. Paul retains the copyright to the images for his portfolio of work which can be shown on websites, in print, or editorial uses etc. Variation to these terms of use can be negotiated.

* Printer is a Canon Pro 9000 A3+ inkjet printer using Canon branded inks and Canon premium (Photo Paper Pro II) paper.
