These are used so that the usage of the site can be monitored. Understanding how visitors use a website is an important element in being able to provide an effective website. Two services are used:
- Google Analytics as detailed above. This is active for all subdomains.
- Hosting package statistics. These are active only for the WWW subdomain and are the default facility provided by the hosting company, in this case www.easyspace.co.uk. Please refer to their website for more information.

The contact forms do not record any email addresses that are entered. All that happens is that they email Paul Morris using the given email address as a sender. Emails sent to Paul are responded to as soon as possible, using the supplied email address. This stays in his address book until there is no further need for it. Paul Morris does not send any bulk unsolicited email - Paul hates spam as much as everyone else does.

* = These photographs can be identified by a reference number of the format #06_12345.jpg where # is a reference code (mostly D or I), 06 is the year (so 04, 05 and 06 are OK, but not 07) and 12345 is the image number. So D06_12345.jpg is OK; I05_01234.jpg is OK; but D07_12345.jpg is not. Puzzled or not sure? - feel free to contact Paul, he welcomes enquiries. If you see something you want to use, then please ask!
Single use: This means the image may be used in an original work of art which may be promoted for sale on a website or brochure (providing the value does not exceed UKŁ1000, US$1500 or €1500). If it is then used for commercial purposes or for gain (such as calendars, postcards, prints, reproductions etc.) please contact Paul - he is quite reasonable!
